VoidMob is designed to operate with minimal data collection. We only collect what's absolutely necessary to provide our services:
Account Information
- Authentication data via Reown (formerly WalletConnect) - your choice of email, social login (X/Google), or cryptocurrency wallet
- Cryptocurrency wallet address (for payment processing and optional wallet-based authentication)
- Service usage metadata (retained temporarily, then automatically deleted)
Note: When using wallet authentication, no email or personal information is required - maintaining true anonymity.
Technical Information
- IP address (retained briefly for abuse prevention, then automatically deleted)
- Browser type and device information (anonymized, used for compatibility)
We DO NOT collect:
- Personal identity documents (no KYC)
- Phone numbers or personal contact information
- Detailed browsing history or activity logs
- Location data beyond country-level for service delivery
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the minimal data we collect strictly for:
- Service Delivery: Providing SMS verifications, mobile proxies, and eSIM connectivity
- Payment Processing: Handling cryptocurrency transactions via Plisio
- Abuse Prevention: Protecting against fraud and system abuse (temporary IP checks)
- Service Improvement: Analyzing anonymized, aggregate usage patterns
- Customer Support: Responding to inquiries (only if you contact us)
We NEVER use your data for advertising, tracking, or profiling purposes.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
VoidMob follows a strict minimal retention policy. We only keep data as long as necessary to provide our services, prevent abuse, and comply with payment processing requirements.
- IP Addresses: Retained briefly for abuse prevention, then automatically purged
- Service Metadata: Kept temporarily for security purposes, then deleted
- Transaction Records: Retained as required for payment disputes and accounting, then removed
- Account Data: Deleted immediately upon account deletion request
You can request complete data deletion at any time by contacting support. We'll process your request promptly.
4. Third-Party Services
VoidMob integrates with the following third-party services:
Reown (Authentication Provider)
We use Reown (formerly WalletConnect) for secure authentication. You can choose to authenticate via cryptocurrency wallet (most private), email, or social login (X/Google). Reown processes authentication data according to your chosen method. When using wallet authentication, no personal information is collected. Review their privacy policy at reown.com/privacy
Plisio (Payment Processor)
We use Plisio to process cryptocurrency payments. Plisio may collect transaction data required for payment processing. Review their privacy policy at plisio.net/privacy-policy
Carrier Partners (SMS & eSIM)
We partner with telecommunications carriers to provide SMS and eSIM services. These carriers may process minimal technical data required for service delivery. We select partners with strong privacy commitments.
We never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

VoidMob uses minimal cookies for essential functionality only:
- Session Cookies: Keep you logged in (cleared when you close your browser)
