VoidMob is designed to operate with minimal data collection. We only collect what is necessary to provide our services.

Account Information

• Authentication data - your choice of a cryptocurrency wallet connected via Reown (formerly WalletConnect; most private, no personal information required) or your email address
• Username (auto-generated or user-set)
• Cryptocurrency wallet address (for payments and optional wallet-based authentication)
• Telegram handle (if voluntarily provided)

Service & Transaction Data

• Transaction history (balance changes and order records, used for dispute resolution and account management)
• Order details (services purchased, configurations selected)
• Support ticket content (messages and attachments, if you contact support)
• Referral relationships (if you participate in a referral program)

Technical Information

• IP address (for security and abuse prevention)
• Browser type and user agent (for compatibility and security logging)
• Order and transaction history (used for service delivery, support, and abuse prevention)

We Do Not Collect

• Personal identity documents (no KYC)
• Location data beyond what is needed for service delivery
• The sites you visit through our proxies - we do not log your proxy traffic

We use the data we collect strictly for:

• Service Delivery: Providing SMS verifications, mobile proxies, and eSIM connectivity
• Payment Processing: Handling cryptocurrency transactions via our third-party payment processor
• Abuse Prevention: Protecting against fraud and system abuse
• Service Improvement: Analyzing anonymized, aggregate usage patterns
• Customer Support: Responding to inquiries (only if you contact us)
• Referrals & Product Emails: Crediting the referral or campaign link you arrived from, and measuring whether our emails are useful (you can turn product emails off in your account)

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

We follow a minimal retention policy. Each kind of data is kept for a set period tied to its purpose, then removed automatically.

• Login & Security Records (IP address, browser): Kept for a limited period for security and fraud prevention, then deleted
• Transaction & Order Records: Kept as long as accounting and tax law requires, including after account deletion
• SMS Messages: Deleted shortly after a rental ends
• Support Tickets: Retained for the duration of the support relationship
• Account Data: When you delete your account, your email, username and contact details are removed. Your wallet address is kept with your transaction records
• Backups: Kept for a limited period, then deleted automatically

VoidMob uses a small number of first-party cookies:

• Authentication Session Cookie: Maintains your logged-in session
• Referral Cookie: Remembers the referral or campaign link you arrived from for 30 days, so referrals are credited

We do not use advertising cookies, ad trackers, session recording, or cross-site tracking.

We take security seriously and implement multiple layers of protection across our infrastructure, including encrypted data transmission, DDoS mitigation, automated abuse prevention, rate limiting, secure session management, and regular cleanup of sensitive data. Our architecture follows a minimal data collection approach by design - we only store what is strictly necessary for service delivery.

No service can promise complete anonymity. Mobile carriers keep their own records, SMS is not a secure channel, and a crypto payment is only as private as the wallet it is sent from.

We disclose data only in response to valid legal process, such as a subpoena or court order, and we review every request before acting on it. We can only provide the limited data described in this policy. Where the law allows, we may notify the affected user.

VoidMob operates globally. Your data may be processed in countries where our infrastructure and service providers are located.

VoidMob services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes through our platform. Continued use of VoidMob after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
