Refund Policy

Refund eligibility at VoidMob varies by service type. This page explains what is refundable, under what conditions, and how refunds are processed.

1. General Refund Terms

  • All approved refunds are credited to your VoidMob wallet balance. Refunds are not returned to cryptocurrency or any external payment method.
  • Cryptocurrency deposits to your wallet balance are non-refundable. Once a deposit is converted to wallet credit, it cannot be withdrawn.
  • Refund eligibility is determined on a per-service basis as described below.
  • Abuse of the refund system (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and cancelling services) may result in account restrictions.

2. SMS Verification (One-Time)

  • Refundable: If cancelled before a verification code is received.
  • Non-refundable: Once a verification code has been delivered to the number.

Cancellation is available from your dashboard while the rental is active and no code has been received.

3. SMS Long-Term Rentals

  • Refundable: May be cancelled within the initial period after creation for a refund to wallet balance.
  • Non-refundable: After the initial cancellation window has passed, or if the number has been actively used.

4. eSIM Plans

  • Generally Non-Refundable: eSIM plans and top-ups are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in cases where an eSIM failed to activate or is technically non-functional. These are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Proxy Services

  • Provider Failure: If a proxy order fails due to a provider-side error and the service cannot be delivered, a refund will be issued automatically to your wallet balance.
  • Otherwise Non-Refundable: Active proxy services that are functioning as described are not eligible for refunds.

6. Wallet Balance & Deposits

  • Cryptocurrency deposits are non-refundable. Once funds are converted to wallet balance, they cannot be withdrawn to an external wallet or payment method.
  • Wallet balance is store credit and can only be used to purchase services on VoidMob.
  • Promotional bonuses (e.g., welcome bonus on first deposit) are non-refundable and non-withdrawable.

7. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Some services (SMS long-term rentals and proxy services) may auto-renew. Renewal charges are deducted from your wallet balance.

  • You can disable auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard before the next renewal date.
  • If your wallet balance is insufficient at the time of renewal, the service will expire and auto-renewal will be disabled automatically.
  • Renewal charges that have already been processed are subject to the same refund rules as new purchases of that service type.

8. How to Request a Refund

For services that support self-service cancellation (SMS verification, SMS long-term rentals), use the cancellation option in your dashboard.

For all other refund requests, create a support ticket from your dashboard with your order details.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of VoidMob after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
