After you pay

  1. Pay from your balance

Top it up in crypto first. A deposit credits once the network confirms, usually within 20 minutes.

  2. Get the QR code

It appears in your dashboard with the manual activation code as soon as the order completes.

  3. Install, then land

Scan it on Wi-Fi. The eSIM installs once, on one device, and validity counts from activation.

Plans are non-refundable once bought, unless the eSIM fails to activate. Refund policy

Transparent Routing

Know your IP before you pay

Every eSIM connects you in Canada, but plans differ on where your internet traffic exits, and that exit is the location websites see. Most providers hide it. We print it on every plan.

Local networks in Canada

Your eSIM rides the same towers as a local SIM. These networks are behind the Canada plans; which one you join depends on the plan and on the signal where you are.

About this destination

What to expect in Canada

Rogers, Bell and Telus hold about 86% of Canada's mobile market. This eSIM connects to Bell and Telus, which have shared network infrastructure since building a joint 3G network in 2009. Both launched 5G in 2020, and our Canada plans are sold as 5G.

Coverage hugs the populated south. Parks Canada lists the Icefields Parkway, the 232 km drive from Lake Louise to Jasper, as having no cell coverage, with signal returning only at each end.

Canadian speeds trail the US: Ookla measured a median mobile download near 86 Mbps in August 2026, against about 187 south of the border. Exits are listed plan by plan, and the North America bundle here offers a UK exit.

FAQ

Canada eSIM questions

Why do the Canada plans list both Bell and Telus?
The two carriers have shared much of their infrastructure since jointly building a 3G network in 2009, and Bell customers also use Telus's 600 MHz spectrum through a shared radio network. Your phone attaches to whichever of the two serves the area.
Will a US eSIM work in Canada?
A US-only plan will not, because it is tied to American towers. Use a Canada plan, or, if the trip also takes in the US or Mexico, a North America bundle plan that lists them, since coverage differs from plan to plan.
Is there signal on the Icefields Parkway?
No. Parks Canada describes the Lake Louise to Jasper road as a remote route with no cell coverage, and service picks up again at each end. Download offline maps and your route in town before setting off.
Can I keep my own number while using it?
Yes, on a dual-SIM phone. The eSIM carries data only, with no Canadian number, so your home SIM keeps your number for calls and texts at your own carrier's rates while maps and apps run on Bell or Telus.
Do I need ID to buy this eSIM, and how do I pay?
No ID or KYC: sign in with a crypto wallet or an email address and pay from a crypto balance. A deposit credits once the network confirms it, usually within 20 minutes, and the eSIM QR code is issued when the order completes.
