Depositing Funds
How to deposit crypto into your VoidMob wallet. BTC, ETH, SOL, XMR, USDT, USDC and more, with no VoidMob deposit fees.
VoidMob accepts deposits in these currencies:
- Coins: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Monero (XMR), Litecoin (LTC), Tron (TRX), BNB
- Stablecoins: USDT (TRC-20, BEP-20 or Solana), USDC (ERC-20 or Solana)
How to Deposit
- Go to the Wallet page and click "Deposit"
- Enter the amount in USD
- Select your currency and network
- Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, to the invoice address (or scan the QR code)
- Your balance is credited automatically once the network confirms the payment

Important Details
- No VoidMob fees: we don't charge a deposit fee. Your exchange or wallet may deduct its own withdrawal or network fee, so check that the amount that arrives matches the invoice.
- Invoices expire after 60 minutes: complete your payment within this window. A payment that arrives after the invoice expires is usually still credited.
- Timing: deposits are usually credited within 20 minutes. Faster networks confirm in a few minutes; Bitcoin can take longer when the network is busy.
- Pending deposits are visible in your wallet while they wait for confirmation, and the payment screen updates live as a payment moves from detected to credited, showing what's still missing if it comes in short.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Underpaid: what arrived is credited automatically once it confirms, as long as at least $5 arrives in total. The payment screen shows how much is missing, and you can send the rest to the same address while the invoice is open. The most common cause is an exchange deducting its withdrawal fee from the amount sent.
- Overpaid: the extra is credited automatically too. A very large overpayment is checked by our team first.
- Wrong coin or network: open a support ticket with the transaction hash. Recovery isn't always possible.
