After you pay
Pay from your balance
Top it up in crypto first. A deposit credits once the network confirms, usually within 20 minutes.
Get the QR code
It appears in your dashboard with the manual activation code as soon as the order completes.
Install, then land
Scan it on Wi-Fi. The eSIM installs once, on one device, and validity counts from activation.
Plans are non-refundable once bought, unless the eSIM fails to activate. Refund policy
Know your IP before you pay
Every eSIM connects you in Lebanon, but plans differ on where your internet traffic exits, and that exit is the location websites see. Most providers hide it. We print it on every plan.
Your traffic exits in EU, so websites see an EU IP.
Local networks in Lebanon
Your eSIM rides the same towers as a local SIM. These networks are behind the Lebanon plans; which one you join depends on the plan and on the signal where you are.

What to expect in Lebanon
Lebanon has two mobile networks, Alfa and Touch, both owned by the state, which took their management back from private operators in 2020. This eSIM connects to Touch, which switched on 4G in May 2013, and the Lebanon plans are sold as 4G/LTE.
In October 2025 the telecom minister announced a three-year project with both operators to bring 5G nationwide, and Alfa switched it on for Pope Leo XIV's Mass on the Beirut waterfront that December. These plans stay on Touch's LTE.
Rafic Hariri International, Beirut's airport, handled about 7 million passengers in 2025. The Lebanon plans exit in the EU, so Lebanese sites see a European address rather than a local one.
