Why mobile IPs work for e-commerce
Marketplaces link seller accounts by network first. A seller who runs a second brand, a second region or a client's store needs each account on its own carrier IP with a session that never jumps, plus a number the marketplace accepts. Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Vinted each set rules on when one person or business may hold several accounts, and enforce them by linking shared signals: IP, browser profile, phone number, payment details.
