VoidMob sells mobile proxies in two categories: shared mobile proxies (pay per GB) and dedicated mobile proxies (a device of your own, billed by term). Every exit is a real 4G/5G device on a mobile carrier connection.

Auto-Renewal
Available for all proxy types. Dedicated proxies have it on by default at checkout; on shared plans you turn it on yourself. You can change it at any time on the proxy page. With auto-renewal on, the proxy renews from your wallet balance shortly before it expires. If your balance is short, shared and Standard dedicated proxies keep retrying until they expire (a new deposit retries straight away), while Premium switches auto-renewal off at the first failed attempt. A proxy that isn't renewed expires at the end of its term, and nothing is charged.
Order Statuses

| Pending | Order placed, the proxy is being set up (usually a few minutes) |
| Active | The proxy is live and usable |
| Exhausted | A shared plan has used all its data. Top it up to continue |
| Expired | The term has ended. A shared plan can still be renewed or topped up within 7 days (marked "Renewable") |
| Cancelled | Setup failed, and the charge was returned to your wallet |
| Refunded | The charge was refunded to your wallet after a failure or a review by our team |
Stock & Availability
Standard dedicated proxies run on physical devices, so stock varies by country and carrier. If a country or carrier is sold out, press Notify me to get a one-time alert in the dashboard (and by email, if enabled) when it can be bought again. The alert isn't a reservation. Premium dedicated proxies are available in select countries and have no stock alerts.
Shared proxies have no stock limits. A new plan is usually active within a couple of minutes, and a new proxy list can take a few minutes to find matching devices. Countries with few devices available are marked "Limited".
