Keep the same Reddit number every month

Reddit may ask for a fresh code when you log in from a new device or recover the account. A number that stays yours answers every time.

  • Assigned only to you, never shared or recycled
  • Unlimited verifications across most platforms
  • Same number for re-logins, new devices and recovery
  • One flat monthly price, cancel any time

Requirements

What Reddit requires from a number

Non-VoIP required
Yes. VoIP ranges are rejected or limited.
Number reuse
A number can verify more than one account over time.

Reddit sends codes to carrier numbers and rejects most VoIP and virtual ranges. One-time OTP and rental catalog numbers are US numbers; reuse of the same number is free inside the 15-minute OTP window and paid after it expires. If the account will keep SMS two-factor authentication switched on, take a rental or a dedicated monthly line instead of a one-time code.

The number is half the signal

Reddit checks the connection alongside the number. A mobile proxy keeps every signup and login on a real carrier IP, so the account you verify here looks consistent from day one.

AI agents

An agent can handle Reddit verification

An AI agent can rent the Reddit number, poll for the incoming message and read the parsed code through VoidMob's open-source MCP server, with no dashboard round trip. Works with Claude, Codex and any MCP client.

Why it works

Verifying Reddit with a real carrier number

Reddit does not demand a phone number to create an account, but it asks for one as soon as you touch anything sensitive: password recovery, SMS two-factor authentication, moderator tools, or an account that has been flagged and put behind a verification wall. When that prompt appears, the number has to be a real carrier number. Reddit checks the range against carrier data, and numbers that resolve to VoIP or shared virtual pools are refused before a code is ever sent.

VoidMob covers all three shapes of that problem. A one-time OTP gives you a US number that stays active for 15 minutes; if no code arrives in that window the rental auto-cancels and refunds in full, and reusing the same number inside the window costs nothing. Reddit codes start from $0.15. If you plan to leave SMS two-factor on, a multi-day rental (3, 7, 14 or 30 days) keeps the same number active and receiving messages, and a dedicated monthly non-VoIP line gives you one number you control across platforms, priced per country. All numbers are non-VoIP carrier numbers.

The number is only half of what Reddit reads. Verification requests that arrive from a datacenter IP, or from an IP that has already confirmed several other accounts, get scored long before the code does. Requesting the code over a mobile IP behind carrier NAT, then keeping that account on the same IP afterwards, is what makes the verification stick. Mobile proxies for Reddit cover that side, and how Reddit's ban system works explains what its device and IP fingerprints actually record.
