What to expect in Timor-Leste
Timor-Leste has three mobile operators: Timor Telecom, the original from 2003, Telkomcel, owned by Telkom Indonesia, and Telemor, the Viettel brand that arrived in 2013. This eSIM connects to Telemor on 4G/LTE.
