BitBrowser proxy setup
Add a VoidMob mobile proxy to a BitBrowser profile in its Proxy section with Method on Custom: a sticky proxy list per profile on the pay-per-GB plan, or a dedicated 4G/5G device whose rotation link goes into Refresh Proxy.
Proxy lists from $3.99 per GB, dedicated devices from $49 a month.
Socks5 works too, on the device's own SOCKS5 port
Issued per device on its proxy page
The device's private rotation link, at most once a minute
Check Proxy prints the exit IP with its country or region, state, city, coordinates, timezone and ZIP code beside the form.
Add a VoidMob proxy to BitBrowser
In BitBrowser: Browser Profiles, Add, then the Proxy section.
Get the credentials
On a pay-per-GB package, open Proxy Lists on the order page, add one list per BitBrowser profile and set its rotation to Sticky. For a dedicated device, copy the host, port, login and rotation link from the device's proxy page.
Open the Proxy section
In Browser Profiles, click Add and scroll to Proxy. Leave Method on Custom to type the proxy in, or choose Proxy Management to pick one you already saved on the Proxy IP page.
Set Type, then paste into Host
Choose HTTP in Type and paste proxy.voidmob.com:10000 followed by the list's username and password, colon separated, into Host. BitBrowser splits the line across Port, Username and Password. Socks5 works on the port from your credentials.
Add the link, for a device
On a dedicated device only, paste its rotation link into Refresh Proxy. The refresh icon at the end of that field calls the link, so the device takes a new IP without leaving BitBrowser.
Check, then confirm
Click Check Proxy and read the country, city and timezone it prints. Under Fingerprint, leave Language and Timezone generated from the IP, click Confirm, then open the profile and look at the exit from inside it.
Settings that follow the IP
Leave these on the values below and BitBrowser describes the same place the exit IP does.
- Language
- Based on IP (switch on)
- While the switch is on, BitBrowser generates the profile's language from the IP, so an Italian exit gets Italian. Switch it off to set languages yourself.
- Timezone
- Based on IP (switch on)
- The timezone is generated from the exit IP, so the profile's clock sits in the carrier's country. Compare it with the timezone Check Proxy prints.
- Geolocation
- Based on IP
- BitBrowser's API describes this as generating coordinates from the IP, so a site that asks through the Geolocation API gets a position near the exit.
- Display Language
- Off (follows system)
- This switch is off by default and keeps the browser's menus in your own language. Turn it on only if the interface should follow the exit too.
Proxy list or dedicated device
Both work in BitBrowser. The difference is who else shares the exit and how it rotates.
| Compare | Proxy list | Dedicated device |
|---|---|---|
| Price | From $3.99 per GB | From $49 a month |
| What you get | A proxy list per profile, all on one GB balance | One 4G/5G device no other customer exits through |
| Rotation | The list setting: per request, sticky or a timer | On demand: rotation link, API or a timer you set |
| Refresh Proxy | Leave empty | Paste the rotation link |
| Traffic | Billed per GB | Unmetered |
| Fits | Many profiles, light or read-only work | Profiles that carry the business |
When BitBrowser and the proxy disagree
Clicking refresh on one profile changes the IP of others
BitBrowser's docs say a refresh changes the IP of every window that uses the same proxy details, so profiles sharing one device all move
Give each profile its own proxy list or device, and check the Bound Profiles column under Proxy Management before binding a saved proxy to another profile.
Lines added through Batch Add fail Batch Detection
The lines had no type prefix, so BitBrowser saved them as Socks5 and pointed them at port 10000
Start each line with http:// for port 10000, or keep socks5:// with the SOCKS5 port from your credentials, then run Batch Detection again before you confirm.
Run the checkCheck Proxy and another checker name different countries
Each Lookup Channel reads location from its own database, and BitBrowser's FAQ notes that detection methods disagree
Confirm the IP itself matches first, which is what BitBrowser says matters. Then try another Lookup Channel, and point the list at the account's own country.
Run the checkA profile stops opening right after its device rotated
Stop opening when IP changes is on in the profile's preferences, so the new exit IP halts the launch
Turn the preference off for profiles on a device you rotate on purpose, or keep it where a changed IP should end the session, and check the new exit before signing in.
Run BitBrowser on real mobile IPs
Pools from $3.99/GB, or a dedicated device for 1 to 30 days.
