Hidemyacc proxy setup
Add a VoidMob mobile proxy to a Hidemyacc profile from the Proxy tab under Your Proxy: a sticky proxy list per profile on the pay-per-GB plan, or a dedicated 4G/5G device you rotate from VoidMob while the profile is closed.
Proxy lists from $3.99 per GB, dedicated devices from $49 a month.
Socks5 works too, on the device's own SOCKS5 port
The device's own values, in the same order
Issued per device on its proxy page
The device's HTTP port, or its SOCKS5 port for Socks5
Check Proxy shows the exit's flag with its city and country code, or Can't connect to proxy server when the proxy does not answer.
Add a VoidMob proxy to Hidemyacc
In Hidemyacc: New Profile, Proxy tab, then Your Proxy.
Get the credentials
On a pay-per-GB package, create one proxy list per profile under Proxy Lists on the order page and set it to Sticky. Set the list's Proxy Format to host:port:login:password so its line pastes straight into Quick add. A dedicated device shows its host, ports and login on its proxy page.
Open the Proxy tab
Click New Profile and open the Proxy tab. Under Proxy information, choose Your Proxy rather than Free Proxy or Without Proxy, which is where your own proxy goes.
Pick the connection type
Set Connection type to HTTP. Socks5 works as well: a proxy list takes it on the same host and port 10000, and a dedicated device on the SOCKS5 port shown on its proxy page.
Paste the line into Quick add
Paste the line into Quick add in IP:Port:Username:Password order. Hidemyacc also takes the same values typed into IP address/Host, Port, Username and Password under Or enter proxy information below.
Check, then look from inside
Click Check Proxy and wait for the exit's flag and city. Create the profile, start it, and confirm the exit, timezone and WebRTC address from inside it before the first login.
Settings that follow the IP
Leave these on the values below and Hidemyacc describes the same place the exit IP does.
- Timezone
- Default (follows the proxy)
- Hidemyacc's docs say the timezone adjusts automatically based on your proxy. Pick one by hand only if a checker still shows a mismatch.
- Geolocation
- Default (follows the proxy)
- Coordinates adjust from the proxy as well. Allow shares them without asking, Block refuses every request, and Prompt is where you would type a location by hand.
- WebRTC
- Altered (default)
- Altered makes sites see the proxy's IP through WebRTC. Hidemyacc reads that address once per run, so its docs suggest Disable for a proxy that rotates mid-session.
Proxy list or dedicated device
Both work in Hidemyacc. The difference is who else shares the exit and how it rotates.
| Compare | Proxy list | Dedicated device |
|---|---|---|
| Price | From $3.99 per GB | From $49 a month |
| What you get | A proxy list per profile, all on one GB balance | One 4G/5G device no other customer exits through |
| Rotation | The list setting: per request, sticky or a timer | On demand: rotation link, API or a timer you set |
| Change-IP field | Not used | Rotate from the dashboard or API |
| Traffic | Billed per GB | Unmetered |
| Fits | Many profiles, light or read-only work | Profiles that carry the business |
When Hidemyacc and the proxy disagree
Check Proxy shows Can't connect to proxy server
The Quick add line is in another order, such as username:password@host:port, or the connection type does not match the line
Keep the IP:Port:Username:Password order, choose HTTP or Socks5, and test the same values in the proxy checker before changing the profile.
Run the checkA WebRTC test shows an old IP after the device rotated
Hidemyacc detects the WebRTC address when the profile starts and keeps it for that run, so a rotation during the session leaves it behind
Rotate only while the profile is closed and start it again afterwards. For a profile on a list that rotates by timer, set WebRTC to Disable as Hidemyacc advises.
Run the checkSeveral profiles change IP at the same moment
They share one dedicated device, so one rotation moves every profile behind it to the new address
Give each profile its own proxy list or device, and use the notes field in the Proxy Manager to record which profile each saved entry belongs to.
The profile's timezone and the exit country disagree
IP location databases disagree about the exit, so Hidemyacc's automatic timezone and a checker read it differently
Run the location consistency test from inside the profile. If the databases still differ, select the timezone by hand, which Hidemyacc's docs allow for exactly this case.
Run the check
Run Hidemyacc on real mobile IPs
Pools from $3.99/GB, or a dedicated device for 1 to 30 days.
