Incogniton proxy setup
Add a VoidMob mobile proxy to an Incogniton profile under Proxy, Custom proxy: a sticky proxy list per profile on the pay-per-GB plan, or a dedicated 4G/5G device whose rotation link goes into Proxy rotation API url.

Check shows a Proxy connected message with the exit IP and response time. A dead proxy gets a red cross and the profile will not launch.
Add a VoidMob proxy to Incogniton
In Incogniton: Profile editor, Proxy tab, then Custom proxy.
Get the credentials
On a pay-per-GB package, create one proxy list per profile on the order page under Proxy Lists, set it to Sticky, and note the SOCKS5 port it was issued. For a dedicated device, open its proxy page for the host, SOCKS5 port, login and rotation link.
Open Custom proxy
Open the profile editor and go to the Proxy tab, which offers Proxy Library, Buy proxy, Custom proxy and Free proxy. Choose Custom proxy and set Connection type to SOCKS5.
Paste the whole line
Paste host:port:username:password into the Proxy (ip:port) field and Incogniton splits it into the port, username and password fields for you. Typing each field works the same way.
Add rotation, for a device
On a dedicated device, switch Rotating proxy on and paste its rotation link into Proxy rotation API url. The profile list then shows a rotation button that calls the link for that profile alone.
Check, then verify inside
Click Check and wait for Proxy connected with the exit IP. Launch the profile and confirm the exit is mobile, in the right country, with timezone and language filled from it, before the first login.
Settings that follow the IP
Leave these on the values below and Incogniton describes the same place the exit IP does.
- Timezone
- Fill timezone based on IP
- The profile's clock follows the exit, so a device in France reports French time.
- Language
- Fill language based on IP (default)
- Incogniton sets the profile's language from the proxy location unless you turn it off.
- WebRTC
- Altered, public IP from the IP
- Incogniton's docs recommend Altered with the WebRTC public IP filled from the proxy, so a WebRTC probe sees the exit.
- Geolocation
- Allow, location based on IP
- Location requests then answer with the exit's area instead of wherever your machine is.
Proxy list or dedicated device
Both work in Incogniton. The difference is who else shares the exit and how it rotates.

When Incogniton and the proxy disagree
The proxy connects but shows the wrong city or country
The IP lookup Incogniton used to place the exit gave a different answer from the one sites use
Switch the proxy's provider to Backup provider and check again, as Incogniton's troubleshooting page suggests, then compare from inside the profile.

Incogniton rates speed separately from connection, and the bolt means a slow reading, not a failure
Check once more after a rotation. If it stays slow, point the list at a country nearer the sites the profile uses.
Rotating one profile changes the IP of others
Several profiles use the same device, so one rotation call moves every profile behind it
Give each profile its own proxy list or dedicated device, so the rotation button only moves the profile that pressed it.
