Two networks serve the Maldives, Dhiraagu and Ooredoo, and this eSIM connects to Dhiraagu, majority-owned by Batelco with a large government stake. Dhiraagu launched South Asia's first commercial 5G on 2 August 2019, and by late 2025 its 5G reached 73 percent of the population. Plans on this page can use it.
