Available Plans
All plans are KYC-free and show their routing location. 500+ plans available across:
- Single-country plans: data for a specific country
- Regional plans: coverage across multiple countries (Europe, Asia, Americas, etc.)
- Global plans: worldwide coverage
Data & Validity
- Data amounts range from 1 GB to unlimited, depending on the plan
- Validity periods range from 1 to 365 days (shown per plan) and start when the plan first connects in a country it covers
- 5G support is indicated on compatible plans
- Hotspot/tethering availability is shown in each plan's details
eSIM Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Processing | The eSIM is being set up, usually within a few seconds |
| Active | Ready to use, or in use. Before its first connection the plan shows "Valid from first connection" |
| Starting | The plan is starting on its first connection. If data doesn't connect, toggle airplane mode |
| Out of data | The data allowance is used up. Top up to get back online, if the plan supports it |
| Ended | The plan has ended |
Refunds
Only an eSIM that has never been installed can be refunded. To request a refund, open a support ticket with the order ID. Our team reviews each request, and an approved refund is credited to your VoidMob wallet. A refunded eSIM stops working. Installed or activated eSIMs, and expired plans with data left over, aren't refunded.
