Purchase & Install
- Browse plans: filter by routing location, country, region, duration, data amount or network (5G/4G)
- Purchase: the price is deducted from your balance instantly
- Install: scan the QR code on your eSIM-compatible phone
- Use: the plan activates the first time it uses data in a country it covers, and its validity starts then
No physical SIM card needed. You can install the eSIM before you travel; it starts working once it connects in a covered country.
Installation Details
After purchase, your eSIM page shows:
- QR code: scan it from your phone's eSIM settings (iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM; Android: Settings > Network & internet). You can also download the QR code as an image
- Manual install details: the activation code and SM-DP+ address, if you can't scan the QR code
- ICCID: your eSIM's unique identifier
Your eSIMs
Each eSIM has one card in the dashboard, listing its packages: the plan you bought and any top-ups, each marked as in use, queued or used up.
Data Usage Tracking
Check your remaining data on the eSIM page. Usage is read from the network periodically, so the latest activity can take a while to show. The refresh button fetches the current figure.
