Top-Ups
Add more data to an existing eSIM without buying a new one. Compatible top-up packages are shown on your eSIM's page.
Some plans let you add more data to an existing eSIM without buying a new one.
How Top-Ups Work
Open the eSIM's page and press Top up to see the compatible top-up packages. Top-up data goes on the same eSIM, so there's no new QR code to install. Each top-up is its own package, with its own data and validity.
On most plans a top-up queues behind the current package and starts automatically when that package runs out, with its validity counted from then. On some plans it starts right away and runs alongside the data you already have. Your eSIM keeps working until its last package ends.
Availability
Not every plan supports top-ups. If a plan can't be topped up, the Top up button on its page is unavailable.
Low-Data Notices
When the current package runs low and nothing is queued behind it, you get a notice in the dashboard bell, and by email if service notices are on.
Routing Transparency
Every VoidMob eSIM plan shows its routing location, the place where your internet traffic exits and where your IP address appears to be.
Compatible Devices
eSIMs work on most modern smartphones, including iPhone XR and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, and Google Pixel 3 and later.
