Auto-Renewal
You can enable auto-renewal on any long-term rental. When the rental period ends, it automatically extends for the same duration using your wallet balance. If your balance is insufficient, auto-renewal is disabled and the rental expires - you won't be charged.
Renewal After Expiry
Per-service numbers can be renewed after expiry, but this is subject to availability. Once a rental expires and is not renewed promptly, we cannot guarantee the same number will still be available. To keep your number, enable auto-renewal or renew before the period ends.
For long-term numbers, messages accumulate throughout the rental period. You can clear them at any time.
