Getting Help
In-dashboard support tickets are the primary way to reach us. Create a ticket from the Support page in your dashboard with your question or issue. Our team reviews tickets and responds as quickly as possible. Due to high demand, there may occasionally be some delays - we appreciate your patience.
For business inquiries, partnerships, or special requests, reach out via email or Telegram. These channels are best for collaboration, bulk pricing, or anything outside standard support.
What to Include in a Ticket
- The service you need help with (proxy, SMS, eSIM, wallet)
- Your order ID if applicable (shown on the order details page)
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots if relevant (you can attach files to tickets)
Ticket Statuses
