Profile Settings
Manage your VoidMob account identity, optional contact details, referral code, and account deletion.
Your account page shows your identity and optional contact details. You can find it under Account in the sidebar of the dashboard.
Identity
- Wallet address - Your connected wallet, used for authentication
- Username - Optional display name (3-20 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, underscores). Set one if you'd like a recognizable identity instead of a truncated wallet address.
Contact Methods (optional)
- Email - Helps us verify your identity if you open a support ticket
- Telegram - Same purpose, an alternative way for us to confirm it's really you
Neither is required. VoidMob works without any contact information. These exist purely to speed up support resolution if you ever need help - having a verified contact method on file means we can confirm your identity without extra steps.
You can add, edit, or remove contact methods at any time from the Account page.
Referral Code
Your unique referral code and link are displayed on the Account page. See Referral Program for how commissions work.
Deleting Your Account
You can permanently delete your account from the Account page under Danger Zone.
When you delete your account:
- Auto-renewal is disabled on all active services (SMS rentals, proxies)
- Active services continue working until they expire naturally - they just won't renew
- Open support tickets are closed
- Your email, Telegram, and username are erased
- Your account is permanently deactivated and cannot be recovered
- Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited
To confirm, you'll need to type DELETE. This action is irreversible.
