Message Delivery
Messages are delivered in real-time. When an SMS arrives at your number, it appears in the dashboard immediately. If you're not watching the dashboard, messages are stored and available whenever you check back.
Limits
- Concurrent rentals: Up to 5 active rentals at the same time (per account). Higher limits available on request.
- Cancellation limits: To prevent abuse, there are hourly and daily limits on cancellations.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD and shown before you confirm. No hidden fees.
- Verification numbers - Priced per service. Typically $0.15-$2.00 depending on the service.
- Long-term rentals - Priced per service and duration. Longer durations offer better value.
- Dedicated numbers - Flat rate of $19.99 for 28 days, all services included.
Privacy & Deletion
When you delete a rental from your history:
- All message content is deleted immediately
- The phone number is redacted (only last 4 digits visible)
- Order metadata is retained briefly for dispute resolution, then permanently purged
