Network character

What to expect in Turkey

Turkey has three mobile operators, and our pool orders them differently from the market. Turkcell has the most subscribers nationally, but Türk Telekom is the largest network in our Turkish pool, followed by Vodafone and Turkcell. Commercial 5G arrived in April 2026 in all 81 provincial centres, so most exits still run on 4.5G LTE.

Istanbul and Ankara are the deepest cities, then Bursa, Izmir, Antalya, and Adana, so regional targeting is realistic. Trendyol, owned by Alibaba, leads e-commerce; Hepsiburada, now controlled by Kaspi, is second; and sahibinden dominates cars, property, and classifieds. PayPal has not operated in Turkey since 2016, so checkouts run on local cards and wallets.

Turkey also blocks or throttles some platforms. Discord and Roblox have been blocked since 2024 and still were in mid-2026, and Instagram was offline for nine days that summer, so a Turkish carrier IP sees those services the way Turkish users do, blocks included.

Common workflows

Trendyol and Hepsiburada seller panels

Most Turkish marketplace sellers stay on a single platform, and each store should keep a steady connection. Run Trendyol or Hepsiburada seller panels from Turkish mobile IPs, one store per sticky session.

sahibinden listings by city

Post car and property listings on sahibinden from an exit in the listing's own city, from Istanbul to Antalya, since buyers there search by location first.

Lira pricing and search checks

See Turkish-lira pricing, Google and Yandex results, and app-store placements as a Turkish mobile user does; Yandex still handles about one search in six in Turkey.

Turkish Instagram brand accounts

Run Turkish-language Instagram brand accounts on Turkcell, Vodafone, or Türk Telekom IPs, one account per sticky session, so posts come from where the followers are.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about mobile proxies in Turkey.

Do Discord and Roblox work over a Turkish mobile IP?
No. Both have been blocked in Turkey since 2024, and a Turkish carrier IP gets the same block a Turkish user does. Other platforms, Instagram included, have been blocked or throttled for shorter spells, so check access before you commit a workflow to Turkish exits.
Can I target Izmir, Bursa, or Antalya rather than Istanbul?
Yes. Istanbul and Ankara hold the most devices, and Bursa, Izmir, and Antalya each have a usable share, with smaller pools across other provinces. Filter by city and carrier, and check the live list above first.
Why do most Turkish exits run on 4.5G rather than 5G?
Turkish operators launched 5G in April 2026 and have until 2028 to cover the whole country, so most devices still connect over 4.5G LTE. That is plenty for listing, monitoring, and account work.
Türk Telekom, Vodafone, or Turkcell: which should I use?
Türk Telekom for volume, since it is the deepest network in our pool. Vodafone and Turkcell are close in size, so use them to spread accounts across networks, or pick Turkcell when a platform should see the country's largest operator.
How is the mobile IP figure on this page counted?
It is the number of rotating mobile IPs our pool reaches here over a month, from our own network data and rounded down: a measure of depth rather than a fixed inventory.
How do I connect, and can I keep one IP for a whole session?
Use the standard HTTP or SOCKS5 credentials in any antidetect browser, scraper, or script, and choose per-request rotation, a timed interval, or a sticky session that holds one IP; activation is instant, with no KYC.
